Our desire to protect and preserve the trees, flora, fauna and natural attributes of the site is at the very heart of our vision, hence our commitment to carry out a personalized residential project, with controlled architecture aimed at a clientele who appreciates nature.

As soon as you arrive on the site, you will be greeted by Boréale, (Owl and noble guardian of the site), emblematic of the owls that reside there. It was sculpted for Sommets Lutfy by Jean Bisson du Biscornet, studio in Val-David, Quebec. Visitors to Sommets Lutfy will be pleasantly surprised and captivated by the enhancement of the natural landscape.
